CLEVELAND, OHIO: WWE US champion Logan Paul, who had earlier taken jabs at Rey Mysterio, sent WWE Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley a two-word message on X (formerly Twitter).
Santos Escobar has been accused of betraying Rey Mysterio on SmackDown by helping Logan Paul at Crown Jewel. Paul won the US Championship by striking Mysterio with brass knuckles as a result of Escobar's actions.
Logan Paul replies to Rhea Ripley
Ripley suggested on X that Mysterio might be the issue after Escobar's heel flip. Paul replied by merely agreeing with The Eradicator.
Ripley's X post read, "At this point @reymysterio… I think you might be the problem."
To this Paul wrote, "Totally agree."
Mysterio and Paul's feud started when 'The Maverick', as Paul is popularly know, won his most recent boxing battle against Dillon Danis. Paul called out the Hall of Famer and issued a challenge for the US Title during his post-fight victory speech. WWE eventually verified the bout, and Paul won his first-ever WWE championship at Crown Jewel.
On the other hand, Ripley and Mysterio have been at odds since 2022, when she persuaded Dominik Mysterio to turn against his father and join The Judgment Day.
WWE posted, "Waoh... @Litocolon279 says @EscobarWWE is to blame for @reymysterio losing the #USTitle at #WWECrownJewel. What do you think?"
The current North American Champion betrayed Edge and Rey during the 'Clash at the Castle' in order to team up with Ripley and her stablemates.
Logan Paul responds to health concerns about Prime Energy drink
The Internet was shocked when Logan Paul and KSI joined forces to introduce their own beverage brand, Prime Hydration, in the beginning of 2022. The two soon started experimenting with flavor packs and energy drinks.
By November 2023, Prime had sold over a billion bottles, establishing itself as a massive beverage empire. Despite being marketed to children, several experts have stated that the high caffeine content in Prime Energy drink makes it harmful for children to consume.
On November 10, Logan Paul spoke with ABC News' Eva Pilgrim about these allegations. The YouTuber asserts that the majority of his Instagram followers are in fact older than 18 based on his account's statistics.
Paul remarked, “That’s such a heavy claim. But I want to dive into it. You know, we are a social media-first company. The good thing about social media is there’s data, right? There’s analytics. 90% of my audience is above the age of 18. 93% of Prime’s audience is above the age of 18, according to Instagram’s analytics."
He reminded them that caffeine should typically not be consumed by anyone younger than 18 years old.
"Caffeine consumption isn’t recommended for kids or anyone under the age of 18. That’s an industry standard thing, not a Prime-specific one. People need to be smart about what they’re putting in their bodies," he went on to say.
