Where is Nicole now? 'Botched' patient drops surgery plans as Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Terry Dubrow warn OnlyFans star about facial paralysis

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: During 'Botched' Season 8, Episode 5, fans met Nicole, who stated she's "accomplished a lot of surgeries" in her life. However, when she sought Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Terry Dubrow to advance her aims, she was merely given advice rather than more treatments.

Despite the fact that the OnlyFans star did not receive what she was expecting from the 'Botched' doctors, she appears to be doing well in her life. She's doing well as an office manager while also modeling on the side. Her Instagram account has 31.6K followers. She does, however, have a little more than ten postings.

Who is Nicole on 'Botched' Season 8?

Nicole identified herself as a part-time model with a nip-tuck from head to buttocks. She had more operations than she could recall. She recalls having had two lip lifts, three rhinoplasties, two facelifts, two BBLs, and four lipos. There's more to it than that.

Nicole was quite thin. She now feels significantly better. When it comes to plastic surgery, she only does it if someone proposes it. She has had operations in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Turkey, and Columbia. She has spent more than $100,000 on all of her treatments.

Furthermore, she would save all of her money simply to have these operations performed. In addition to being a model and a social media artist, she has a conventional 9-to-5 job as an office manager.

Nicole went to have lip fillers when she was 16 years old. She got them in Brooklyn, in a woman's basement that she described as "very shady." She was originally pleased with the treatment, but after 7 years, she began to see granulomas growing. Her filler had begun to migrate to the side of her mouth. Even though her physique is flawless, she wishes her face was the same.

What happened to Nicole on 'Botched' Season 8?

Nicole traveled all the way from New York to seek assistance from the 'Botched' doctors. Nicole was asked by Dr Dubrow if she had had any buccal fat removed from her mouth. Dr Nassif was certain it was completed following her initial facelift. They were correct. Dr Dubrow thought that this had caused a small hollow in her mouth.

Nicole told the 'Botched' doctors that she had had this lump on her cheek for nearly ten years. It interferes with her speech and also prevents her from laughing. She desired that it be removed. She was dead set on having surgery.

During Nicole's checkup, Dr Nassif warned her that no matter what caused the lump on her face, it could only be removed from within her mouth, as she would hate to have a scar on her face. However, he says, the buccal nerve is located in that place and passes directly over it. If one opts for surgery, one runs the risk of hitting that nerve. Dr Dubrow tells her that there are facial nerves there, and if one deviates and hits one, she might end up with a paralyzed face, comparable to a stroke.

Nicole backed down from the operation after the final warning. "Knowing that it would make me look like I had a stroke, that was a huge red flag for me. And I was definitely not interested in touching that," she told the cameras.

Dr Nassif believes Nicole has been extremely fortunate with all the treatments she has undergone thus far and should not risk them going any further.

How much do Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Terry Dubrow charge on 'Botched'?

The procedures performed on 'Botched' appear to have taken a significant amount of time and effort. That's presumably why they'd cost between $30,000 and $100,000 in real life.

"We do extraordinarily difficult, as you know, high-risk visual plastic surgery, which is more costly in general because the risks are greater," Dr. Dubrow told The Cheat Sheet. "It takes longer, so if you’re looking toward what would normally be charged by revision specialists, I mean some of these procedures could be $90,000 or $100,000 out in the real world."

"Because we’re doing more than one body part, extraordinarily difficult problems and sometimes we have these synthetic materials that have their own individual costs associated with them," he explained. "So the procedure, revisional surgery of the type we do, would vary between $30,000 to probably $90,000 or $100,000."
