Texas has become the most populous state to ban gender-affirming care for minors after Gov Greg Abbott signed legislation on Friday. Texas joined at least 18 other states that have enacted similar bans. Every major medical organization, including the American Medical Association, has opposed the bans and supported medical care for youth when administered appropriately. Lawsuits have been filed in several states where bans have been enacted this year. Last year, Mr Abbott became the first governor to order the investigation of families who were receiving care. The investigations were later halted by a Texas judge. The GOP-controlled Legislature sent the bill to Mr Abbott last month. Republicans in the Senate took the final vote over the objections from Democrats, who used parliamentary maneuvers to delay passage but could not derail it entirely. Transgender rights activists have disrupted the Texas House with protests from the chamber gallery, which led to state police forcing demonstrators to move outside the building. Gallagher’s beloved Manchester City beat United 2-1 on the day, and he seemed to be enjoying himself as the BBC cameras focused on his reactions for both City goals. After the second goal was scored, he could be seen interacting with a young fan in a United shirt. Gallagher celebrated the goal and then shook the shoulders of a fan in what seemed like a teasing manner. Instead, he clarified what most people already thought – that it was all a bit of good natured fun. He wrote on Twitter: "The young lad I was apparently antagonising was my mates kid who I was consoling. "He’s a Utd fan I love and adore him we’re not all c****s CTID LG x." It comes after Liam’s brother Noel revealed what it would take to put things behind him and “consider” getting Oasis back together. Noel and brother Liam went their separate ways in 2009 and haven’t played together since then. However, it now looks like Noel could be more open to the idea than he has been for years. A man has faced backlash on social media for filming himself confronting his school bully after he saw that he was now homeless. The clip - which shows the man behind the camera approaching the homeless individual who is sitting on some steps - went viral after the Twitter account Crazy Clips posted the video with the caption "man confronts his high school bully". "At high school you was the man homie. What the f*** happened to you?" the man says. "Remember when you used to flex on me at high school? Because I used to wear baggy clothes?" Panning from the homeless man to his car, the man filming the video says: "Now look at you. Now look at me." The homeless man attempts to shake his hand but is rejected. He doesn't say anything, mainly avoiding looking into the camera and smoking. At the end of the video, the man then throws the homeless man's stuff around and shouts in his face "tighten the f*** up man." He also repeatedly calls the homeless man a "d***head".
