New research suggested that Brits abroad are turning to outrageous makeshift sex toys while on holiday. Sexual wellness brand Lelo discovered that 40 per cent of Brits feel more turned on during their travels. Despite this, just 28 per cent of the study confessed to taking a toy overseas with them. The remaining majority admitted to feeling anxious during security checks, worried whether it would go off in their luggage and simply having no space in their suitcases. Well, it turns out holidaymakers are becoming more creative with what's available, with more than one in 10 admitting to using a DIY vice. Shockingly, 18 per cent are opting for shampoo bottles, shortly followed by wooden spoons (16 per cent). A further 20 per cent even claimed to turn to vegetables. The classic Twister ice lolly has bizarrely struck up a conversation online after a video showing how they're made went viral. The clip, which racked up over 3.2 million views, was reposted on X (formerly known as Twitter) where it left viewers feeling "distressed". It shows the ice cream being pumped out of a machine in its famed yellow, turquoise and pink colours. The next step shows an industrial slicer chopping the ice cream log into smaller chunks, ready to be slotted with a wooden stick. The Twister lollies are then transported to a freezer before being packaged up. The two-minute video has since been reposted and liked tens of thousands of times, with the poster writing: "Sorry, but the haphazard way the sticks are being launched into the Twister ice lollies (or whatever they’re called here) is killing me." "No that can't be right, reject reject reject," another added, while a third chimed in: "Wow them machines really couldn't be bothered... giving Monday vibes." One offended user wrote: "That is deeply, deeply troubling." "Imagine how lucky you'd feel when you get one with a functionally placed stick," another joked. It comes after people were left mind-blown after discovering the real meaning of 'Twix,' the popular chocolate treat. The revelation came in 2018 after Fooji tweeted at Twix, and asked: "I read that "Twix" is short for "twin biscuit sticks." Can you confirm or deny this?" MrBeast has done it again, with another record-breaking challenge that's racked up tens of millions of views in less than 24 hours. On Saturday (19 August), the popular YouTuber, real name Jimmy Donaldson, uploaded an exciting challenge that saw every country in the world go head-to-head for $250,000 (£196,300). The video was an instant hit with his 177 million subscribers, having racked up 48 million views in 17 hours at the time of writing. The numbers continue to soar by the second. MrBeast's latest challenge sees one person from each country take on his version of the Olympics. All participants were flown out to America, before battling it out in five different rounds of activities including gymnastics, archery and fencing. Countries were eliminated throughout the challenge, with just 47 making it to the third round. The last standing won the cash prize. Cats and dogs have both brought us many iconic memes over the years, and the pup behind one of the most recognisable viral images – Cheems the shiba inu – has passed away, his owner has announced. Cheems, real name Balltze or ‘Ball Ball’, was popularised online for his love of cheeseburgers or a “cheemsburbger”, and appeared in “Swole Doge vs Cheems” and “bonk” memes too. He was not the pup behind the ‘doge’ meme, however – with that being a shiba inu named Kabosu who, despite reports in December 2022 that she was critically ill with leukaemia, is still smiling away in adorable photos on Instagram. In their post to the social media platform on Friday, Balltze’s owners confirmed Cheems “fell asleep” during a surgical procedure known as thoracentesis, which concerns the removal of fluid or air from around the lungs. He had been battling cancer, with his owners hoping to arrange chemotherapy following the surgery. The owners wrote: “Don’t be sad, please remember the joy that Balltze brought to the world. A shiba inu with a round smiling face connecting you and me, he has helped many people during the pandemic and brought a lot of joy to many of you, but now his mission is completed. “I believe he is running freely in the sky and having a lot of delicious food with his new friends. A woman travelled from America to Scotland to attend her friend's wedding and accidentally showed up at the wrong ceremony, leaving people in hysterics. Popular streamer iShowSpeed has opened up about his mental health after accidentally exposing himself to thousands of fans. The 18-year-old, whose real name is Darren Watkins, was live streaming to 24,000 fans when the incident took place. "Oh my god," he said when he realised he had revealed his privates. GoFundMe has deleted an OnlyFans model's campaign after she offered nudes to anyone who donated $10 to Maui wildfire victims. Mariah Casillas, also known as 'Lavaxgrll' had created a GoFundMe to help raise money for those in Maui who have been affected by the wildfires that have tragically claimed up to 100 lives so far. In order to raise as much money as possible, Casillas offered to send nudes to anyone who proved that they had donated $10 or more to her campaign. It seemed to be working as Casillas managed to raise over $6,000 in just a couple of days, but GoFundMe removed the campaign. Meaning that all the money raised went with it, too. In response to GoFundMe's move, Casillas took to social media to reassure fans that she was not going to let it stop her from raising money. "GoFundMe took down my account but that isn't going to stop me from doing what I can to help the people of Maui," she wrote. "I'll be making a list of nonprofits to donate towards instead, you can still send me your screenshots!" It seems that GoFundMe took down Casillas' campaign as it violated its services that state GoFundMe can't be used to raise funds if they involve, "offensive, graphic, perverse or sensitive or sexual content." In order to keep raising money, Casillas has moved her fundraiser to OnlyFans telling subscribers to "drop your donations on my pinned post and let's get to work." On Wednesday a GoFundMe spokesperson told FOX Business that its platform had raised over $30 million for the communities needing support in the aftermath of the wildfires. A mysterious arrow-shaped UFO has been spotted rotating in the air. The authorities have vowed to analyse them. The images were taken near the small town of El Escorial, Chubut, Argentina. Photos show the suspected alien craft hovering above the Patagonian plains in both horizontal and vertical positions. Local journalist Calaverita Mateos shared the images on social media with the message: “The best photos of a UFO in Chubut.” He added: “Photos sent to me by a resident in the area who asked to remain anonymous.” In the comments section, Mateos said his friend is a “field researcher” in the area who was concerned about having his name exposed. The authorities said they will gather a team of experts to analyse them and provide an update at a later date. Many locals were impressed, with one joking: “They are among us.” Another said: “Why does the cameraperson want to remain anonymous? “The photos are incredible, if they are real.
