Noel Gallagher sparks feud with Adele and her 's*** songs'
Noel Gallagher has sparked a feud with Adele after calling her "offensive" and slamming her songs as "s**t". The former Oasis star is not shy of speaking his mind. He's famously called Robbie Williams "the fat dancer from Take That," described Scotland as a "third world country" and compared Lewis Capaldi to "Chewbacca". But now, Adele – who is seemingly minding her own business in Las Vegas – is in Noel's firing line. When Matt Morgan asked whether he was a fan of Adele's music, the 56-year-old told the podcast host: "They’re f***ing s**t. It’s f***ing awful. It’s f***ing Cilla Black. I find it and that whole thing offensive." Despite his strong words, he did however suggest he'd be open to writing songs for her in the future. "If I fall out of love with touring, I could see myself just sitting at home writing songs and sending them to my publishers. I might in the future. I’ll be saying, 'Get Adele to sing that. Don’t call until she’s done the guide vocal'," Noel joked, adding: "I want Lewis Capaldi to murder this song, I want him to sit on it from a great height. Make me rich’." This isn't the first time Noel has fired shots at the singer, after misgendering Smith during an appearance on Dutch radio Kink. "Music has become quite fractured and chart music is dominated by pop. Pop music is alright if the pop stars are cool. Sadly the stars of today are f***ing idiots," he said. When asked whether he was referring to anyone in particular, the former Oasis star responded: "Sam Smith." "Why?" the host asked before Gallagher quipped: "Look at him." In a post to Twitter, MrBeast - real name Jimmy Donaldson - shared his excitement at the news of his Feastables flying off the shelves. "Feastables launched in the UK 10 days ago but every day before I can tweet about it the stores sell out. Trying to get more over!!! Y’all are crazy," he wrote. With a fanbase of 166 million subscribers on YouTube, it has been predicted that MrBeast's Feastables will be as in demand as Logan Paul and KSI's Prime drink where the product constantly sold out. Due to demand, it led to fans of the YouTubers spending thousands on getting their hands on the energy drink through third-party sellers. Now, those third-party sellers are already popping up online via Amazon and Facebook Marketplace putting bars of the chocolate up for sale. Feastables have been available to purchase in ASDA since July 9, and SPAR launched the products in stores on July 10th with the 60kg bars in Crunch, Deez Nutz, Milk Chocolate and Original Chocolate bars being priced from £2 to £2.49 each. Harry Styles fans hail Madame Tussaud's waxworks as 'most accurate ever'
Harry Styles is the latest celebrity to be replicated in wax form as Madame Tussauds has unveiled not one, but seven wax figures of the popstar after receiving "thousands of fan requests." The seven waxworks will be on display at museums in London, New York, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Berlin, Singapore and Sydney, each of them sporting some of the singer's iconic looks from recent years. In London, the Harry figure wears a double-breasted hunter green blazer, large flower broach, pistachio green trousers, ivory boots and a bright green handbag, the look is paired with a classic pearl necklace jewellery which references Styles's My Policeman premiere outfit during the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival. Sign up to our free Indy100 weekly newsletter After it took 10 months for Madame Tussauds’ artists to complete, the public can see the figure for themselves when it premieres on July 27. In New York, the Harry waxwork will sport the memorable sequin rainbow jumpsuit wore during his 2022 headlining Coachella set, while Berlin's figure will wear Styles's another of his Coachella costumes - an oversize faux fur coat paired with a metallic leather waistcoat and trousers. While some of the other figures will don outfits the As It Was singer has previously worn during his Love On Tour concert series. Sydney’s Styles figure dons a pink satin shirt, burgundy trousers and a feather boa, from one of his shows in San Jose, California. A bronze sequin vest with fringe attached originally worn at a gig in Long Island, New York, is what the LA wax figure will have on, while in Amsterdam it will be a a pink double-breasted suit with floral embroidery, similar to a look he wore on stage in Dallas. For Singapore's Styles waxwork, a blue and yellow two-piece from the Glasgow leg of his Love On Tour concert series will be sported. But what do Harry fans make of the waxwork - here are some of the best reactions to the Harry Styles London waxwork: Many were impressed with the images they saw of the figure, describing it as "scary accurate." Though others disagreed, and while they note it isn't the worst waxwork they've seen, they noted how "something is off." While others made some comparisons, from Margaret Thatcher to Princess Diana, Benedict Cumberbatch and Don't Worry Darling co-star Chris Pine... Fans can see the Harry Styles waxwork in person at Madame Tussauds in London from July 27. Have your say in our news democracy.
