YouTube prankster Max Fosh became an instant viral hit on Saturday when he used an Uno reversal card after receiving a booking during the Sidemen charity match. Fosh, who did score a very good goal in the sold out game at West Ham's London Stadium between Sidemen FC and the YouTube All-Stars, saw yellow on 78 minutes for a brash challenge on Simon 'Miniminter' Minter. After former Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg showed Fosh the yellow card the prepared YouTuber turned the tables on the official and showed the official a green Uno reverse card, which effectively switched the decision. Does this mean that Clattenburg is the first referee to ever receive a yellow card? Regardless of whether the Uno card actually stood or not Fosh's well-timed moment soon went viral with many on X/Twitter applauding the joke. Fosh also posted the moment telling Clattenburg to "respect the meme." The match itself ended 8-5 to the Sidemen and drew 60,000 fans to the London Stadium and raised more than £2 million for charity. The stream of the match also smashed YouTube records. According to MrBeast, who played in the match, at one point had 2,700,000 concurrent viewers making it the most viewed live sporting event in YouTube history, as per Dexterto. Kate Garraway has opened up about the realities of caring for her husband, Derek Draper, in a new interview. A former lobbyist, Draper, 55, was left with long-lasting organ damage after falling seriously ill with Covid-19 in March 2020. After spending more than a year in hospital with Covid from March 2020 to April 2021, partly in an induced coma, he has been in and out of hospital since then for various treatments, including in October 2022 after he contracted sepsis. Now, speaking to The Sunday Times, Garraway, 53, has spoken at length about Draper’s condition, the constant care he requires today, and the toll it takes on her. Currently, Draper has no physical mobility and needs to be held upright by two people five times a day in order to bear any weight. “Being upright is incredible for the brain,” Garraway explained. “We’re meant to be upright – you don’t want your brain to adjust to being flat.” However, a lack of progress has taken a toll on them both. “The truth is he’s terribly, terribly depressed,” the Good Morning Britain presenter added. “I think sickness is selfish,” she continued. “Selfish in the sense that it does strip you of your empathy. He does get very emotional about the strain this has put on me. “But when someone’s body doesn’t work, their brain can’t make anything or anyone else a priority.” Garraway went on to speak about how, as his condition progresses, those around her have become increasingly concerned. “My friends worry that I can’t spend my life forever attached to whether Derek is having a good or bad day, for my own sanity,” she said. “So I’ve got to create a bit of headspace. But we’ve never had a period where we could say, ‘Well, at least he’s safe now.’” The interview comes after Garraway was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by the Prince of Wales at Windsor Castle in June. The presenter was recognised in the 2022 New Year Honours for her services to broadcasting, journalism, and charity. Draper was able to attend the investiture ceremony in his wheelchair, wearing a blue suit and stripe tie. Garraway wore a cream dress with a bejewelled collar and a matching headpiece. When it was announced that she had been awarded the accolade, Garraway said on GMB: “I actually feel very awkward about it all really, I don’t know why, because I’m thrilled to bits and incredibly honoured. “But you just sort of think, ‘What? Germany manager Hansi Flick’s position looks uncertain after an embarrassing 4-1 home friendly defeat to Japan on Saturday. Kyle Walker is relishing England’s so-called friendly against Scotland after the long-serving right-back scored a goal he will remember for the rest of his life. The 33-year-old made his senior debut in a friendly against Spain in November 2011 and has gone on to feature in four major tournament squads for his country. But for all of Walker’s work it was not until Saturday evening in Poland that the Manchester City right-back was able to celebrate scoring an international goal on his 77th appearance. The full-back raced behind and met a fantastic Harry Kane pass with a similarly impressive touch, before coolly cancelling out Ukraine captain Oleksandr Zinchenko’s opener in Wroclaw. “Obviously to have 76 caps and not score a goal, it was playing on my mind a little bit,” Walker said after the 1-1 draw in Euro 2024 qualification. “Just a lot of people were saying ‘you’ve played all these times’ and Harry Kane has been giving me a bit of banter, saying he’ll give me a penalty before I finish. “But, listen, to get the goal, to help the team at the other end of the field was good. “You know H likes to play them balls in behind and I just made the run. “We do that at City where once the ball goes back, you make the in behind run. “Harry’s made a great ball and picked me out. I want to stay at this club for as long as possible. “But I need to do what’s right for me personally first and that’s stay at the top for as long as possible because there’s a lot of ex-players who’ve told me once you starting coming down it is difficult. “So, if I can fulfil this season and many more hopefully at Manchester City that would be fantastic.”
