MAUI, HAWAII: 'Temptation Island' Season 5 star Roberto Mal is clearly seen to be dominated by his girlfriend Vanessa Valente. Now that he is getting the chance to spend time with other girls alone in the villa, his true self seems to be coming out. Roberto accepted in the last episode that he is so much suppressed by his girlfriend that he does not know anymore how it feels like to speak one's mind and emotions.
Discussing the bumps of the relationship, Roberto claimed that it's almost sure that he is about to walk out alone from 'Temptation Island.' But why is he sure that he is walking out alone? Does he know that he will definitely be attracted to someone else? Or does Roberto believe that his girlfriend will find someone else in the villa?
Why does Roberto Mal want to leave 'Temptation Island' alone?
On Wednesday's episode of 'Temptation Island' we saw Roberto having a man-to-man talk with Christopher Wells. Christopher hit Roberto with the hard question, asking, "Do you see yourself staying with Vanessa?" This seems to have shaken Roberto. He said in the confessional, "I already don't know if I'm gonna leave her." He further accepted to stay confused on whether he wanted to leave Vanessa or not. Roberto explained his situation to Christopher saying, "When s**t's good that s**t's good but when it's bad it's bad." Further, when a clip was sown to Vanessa we see Roberto saying, "I'm almost entirely sure I'm leaving this Island all by myself." It seems that Vanessa's dominating attitude has taken a toll on Roberto and now he is not sure whether he wants to continue the relationship or not.
Vanessa Valente feels 'insulted and betrayed' by Roberto Mal
Vanessa was taken by shock after Roberto's clip of claiming to leave the island alone was shown to her. With a witty smile on her face, the star said, "I just need to digest that for a moment." She then lashed out, "What the f**k, what the nerve." She then said to the host of the show, "I'll walk over that house and I'll knock him upside the head with the shoot." She further admitted to not coming on the show just to play with him. Being shocked by knowing that leaving the villa was even a possibility and Roberto did not choose to communicate about it felt like "insulting and disrespectful" to Vanessa. She said, "I feel hurt, I feel betrayed, I feel upset."
Vanessa claims that if Roberto feels like she is hindering her growth then she will leave. Let us further wait for the release of more episodes to know whether Vanessa and Roberto stay together or not. 'Temptation Island' Season 5 will release new episodes every Wednesday at 9 pm ET on USA Network.
