HAMPTONS, NEW YORK: Erin Lichy, star of 'The Real Housewives of New York City,' navigate the maelstrom of Hamptons' turmoil while sharing her uncensored opinions on prior holiday behavior that has adorned the Real Housewives franchise. The women confront Jenna Lyons on the forthcoming episode of the Bravo program for slipping away in the middle of the night, which not only irritated host Erin but also made her feel ashamed.
Last week's episode began with the women traveling to the Hamptons. Erin welcomed the women into her, 6500-square-foot home with caviar, while Sai De Silva brought Charmin as a house guest gift. Viewers learned more about Jenna and her childhood, and she generously gifts lingerie to everyone. Jessel Taank didn't think she looked sexy and felt she looked like a Christmas tree. Ubah Hassan searched for food and discovered coconut milk in the kitchen of Topping Rose. Viewers have missed Brynn, but are delighted that she will return this week. But what prompted Jenna to flee in the middle of all this?
'If I'd known I was going to be going to a cryogenic chamber'
The girls traveled to the Hamptons, where reality television magic occurs. They're still getting to know each other while we all try to figure them out. The upcoming episode teaser shows how the 'RHONY' ladies can't stop whining about Erin's home.
After the first night, Jessel awoke moaning about having to sleep through the night despite the fact that she was frigid. Having lived in England, she couldn't bear the cold in the Hamptons. She also hints that Erin's bedroom is warm and inviting, but her guest rooms aren't. Erin offers to let her sleep in with her, but Jessel refuses. When Erin asked if Jessel was comfortable, she replied that she was comfortable, but only her "nipples are like rocks."
Ubah walks into Erin's room with the same complaint. Jessel in her confessional, adds, "If I'd known I was going to be going to a cryogenic chamber, I would have bought my NASA spacesuit."
Erin, in her defense, shared during the confessional that the heat was not working in the guest room upstairs. She knew that hosting these girls was going to be a thing, "but it's just really overwhelming. Like, I want to leave my own house."
Jessel tells Erin that they're planning to move into their hotel area. She adds, "If it's (the heater) not fixed, or I'm going to go sleep with Jenna Lyons in her."
'She probably wants to wake up in her house and look at the views'
Speaking of Jenna, the 'RHONY' ladies gather around to address their co-stars moving out in the middle of the night. The preview showed a clip from the night before, where the girls could be seen partying while Jenna sneakily tried to walk out of the door. When they ask why she is leaving, Jenna tells them that she has a 6.30 am call.
Ubah and Jessel say they're upset with Jenna leaving but not before Jessle mentions how Jenna's house is by the ocean. Erin confused by Jessel's remark asks what that means while Jessel insinuates Jenna may have left because "she probably wants to wake up in her house and look at the views."
Erin asks Jessel if her house isn't good enough for them since it's not by the ocean. Jessel defends herself, saying she isn't the one who left. Erin decides she will give Jenna's room to Brynn, who has yet to arrive. She thinks Jenna no longer deserves a room since she didn't say goodbye to the ladies before leaving. Sai agrees that it was a "little rude not to say bye."
Meanwhile, when Jessel complains about not being able to use her phone due to connectivity issues, Erin exclaims, "Tough crowd!" "You bit*hes complain as soon as you wake up. Your energy is so off. I don't have time for everybody to be complaining. I like to wake up to gratitude," Sai says. She adds, "Jessel is too aloof to realize that her delivery is a little bit abrasive sometimes." She expects everyone to relax for 5 seconds and appreciate the fact that they are on a free trip to the Hamptons.
Erin also complained about how Jenna didn't let her make shakshuka for the ladies for breakfast, as she didn't want to have breakfast before working out. Now, that she was gone, she felt pissed. Meanwhile, Jenna arrives with coffee for everyone as they ask her how she slept away from the house. Jenna noted she didn't have a good night's sleep as there was a storm. Erin smirked, claiming they slept fine given there wasn't any around her house.
Others also accused Jenna of killing the party. When asked again why she left, Jenna replies, "I had a 6.30 call this morning, so I didn't want to. I didn't want to disturb you guys. It was also cold in my room." Ubah thought it was rude of Jenna to move out unannounced, as Erin seemed to have given the best room in the house to Jenna. Sai adds, "I mean, I'm sleeping in a children's room with a crib like I could have."
Jenna, in her defense, reminded everyone how everyone was partying when she left. She added, "I went up to my room. The music is literally on top of my bed." Erin felt it wasn't very late, since it was just 10 o'clock. Sai felt Jenna was acting like a geriatrician. "Like, this is not a senior citizen home. Step out, grandma. Step out." Jenna thought no one would notice her leaving. She added, "I figured I'd come back early."
Sai brought up how Jenna's moving out disrupted Erin's cooking plan in the morning. Jenna, being ambushed by everyone, said, "You guys were all adults. Like, you can do what you want."
Ubah tells Jenna how it's nice to wake up with the girls and be there. "Just because you have a house 10 minutes (away) doesn't mean that, (she should leave)."
Jenna clears it up, saying her moving out had nothing to do with her not "wanting to wake up with you. Just I had a 6.30 call. I needed to sleep. I didn't want to disturb your vibe." Ubah kept arguing that that wasn't the deal, to which Erin agreed.
