LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jada Pinkett Smith's brother, Caleeb Pinkett, is getting a divorce from his wife, Patricia Pinkett, who is said to be a jewelry designer after more than 13 years of marriage. The couple has been separated since February 2020, per People.
Patricia 'Trisha' Pinkett, Jada's sister-in-law reportedly filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Monday, October 16 citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split with her 43-year-old half-brother Caleeb. The couple share an 11-year-old daughter named Caila Koren Pinkett.
This news comes just days after Pinkett Smith revealed that she and her husband Will Smith have been separated for seven years. Her brother’s impending divorce is another blow to the family.

The Emmy-nominated Cobra Kai producer first started dating the jewelry designer in 2002. They got married in September 2006, per Daily Mail.
Jada's sister-in-law whose bio on Instagram reads, "Entrepreneur, Co-Founder @_justalilbling, Owner @beadsofdivinelight, Manager for @chinkylilthang" placed their official separation date as February 28, 2020, which was right before the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an Instagram post, Trisha stated, "The wealthiest thing to have right now is peace of mind 🙏🏽✨"
The last time Caleeb was seen with Trisha was on a "fun" family trip to Sherman Oaks Castle Park for miniature golf in February 2022.

The Korean momager reportedly sought spousal maintenance and joint legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old daughter Caila Koren Pinkett, citing "irreconcilable differences."
Trisha, who has been posting a lot of motivational sayings on Instagram, requested that the court stop granting Pinkett spousal support.
The 30-year-old daughter Jade Pinkett and the 24-year-old son Jah Pinkett are the Pinketts' other two adult children.
In September 2020, Jada disclosed in an episode of her canceled Facebook Watch show Red Table Talk that she was "quarantining" with her daughter Jade and the co-founder of Just A Lil Bling in Calabasas.
Patricia last posted a photo of herself with Jada on her Instagram profile in May, when she shared a selfie with her soon-to-be ex-sister-in-law. "Nothing But Extreme Gratitude For My Soul Sis @jadapinkettsmith," she captioned the photo. "Love You To Infinity And Beyond 💜"
Patricia also reposted an Idil Ahmed quote on Sunday on her Instagram Story. The statement said, "A new era of your life is beginning; one that fulfills your soul and attracts blessings to you."
Caleeb Pinkett's ex-wife recently shared a picture of herself on an Instagram post with an anonymous remark that said, "And then the moon said to me / dear girl, it's time to own your f*****g power." She was also seen standing against a moonlit beach.
Pinkett Smith revealed last Friday that she and Will had been living as singles for the past seven years as she promoted her 416-page memoir 'Worthy', which hits bookstores this Tuesday.
