Where is Spencer Herron now?
In 2019, Herron pleaded guilty to six charges of sexual assault relating to various incidents. Despite the victims being minors, Herron was not charged with statutory rape due to the age of consent being 16 in Georgia. Furthermore, his nearly 60 extramarital affairs (starting from 2012) were allegedly manipulative but not coerced. As a result, he was sentenced to a total of six years in prison, with five years to be served in confinement, followed by approximately 15 years of probation. During his probation, he is subject to sex offender conditions, which include no contact with his victims or any minors.
Following his early release from a state correctional facility in the summer of 2022, Spencer Herron is now serving his probation as a registered sex offender in Gwinnett County.
