In her journey of transitioning, she first got her breast implants done. She underwent five breast augmentations to reach the 3400 mark. She then had feminization surgery that included the hairline, brow bone, brow lift, cheek implants, chin contouring surgery, lips, and a Canthoplasty. The canthoplasty, according to Dr Dubrow, was extremely nicely done and effective.
In terms of objectives, she informs Drs Nassif and Dubrow that she would like her areola to be one size smaller. She goes on to say that as her breasts became larger, so did her areola; on her appointment to the 'Botched' physicians, she described them as "humongous in volume." She wanted to get spenders.
Dr Nassif asked if she had any back discomfort as a result of her breasts, and she said no. She does, however, add that if she thinks it is an impediment to her body, she will surely downsize. According to her acquaintance, her body is a "money maker," so she should keep that in mind. Dr Dubrow warns her that whatever option Fantasia chooses, she does not want her to set herself back physically or financially.
