Police are now asking for the public's help to find her before the first critical 48 hours are over. She is described as a white woman who is 5'7" tall. She was sporting a white tank top and black shorts when she disappeared. Any information that might be able to help in identifying her and ensuring her safe return is urgently being sought by the East Brunswick Police Department.

According to the East Brunswick Police Department, Marrero went missing on July 25, 2023, at about 3:30 pm, in the vicinity of Riva Avenue close to the Milltown boundary. Officials reported that Morrero was dressed in black shorts and a white tank top when she was last spotted near Riva Avenue. Marrero was characterized as a white teenager who was 5 feet 7 inches tall. Many online users who wished for the 14-year-old's safe return shared the post. A social media user requested users to reshare the message after posting it on their feed.
