PORTLAND, OREGON: Vivian Shemansky, 44, Portland transgender activist, is facing a series of charges stemming from allegations of defecating in and wrecking a 17-year-old's car, claiming the teenager was "transphobic."

The teenager's mother, Lisa Thomasson, reportedly said that Jade was left in tears upon finding her car in such a deplorable state, per the Daily Mail.

The vehicle was deemed a "biohazard" by the police and was written off as a result after the disgusting act.

What did transgender activist Vivian Shemansky do?

Jade alleged she was out thrift shopping when she unintentionally parked next to Shemansky's tent in the parking lot on August 27.

She alleged a stick was thrown at her, which left her feeling somewhat bewildered. Consequently, she hastened her pace across the parking lot.

After pausing for a brief 10-minute meal, she returned to her car to discover her windshield and all the windows in her car had been broken and there was human waste inside it.

In response, she promptly dialed 911, assuming that the windshield damage was the extent of the harm.

Thomasson stated, "Her car was smashed at all four sides. Every piece of glass was shattered. There was human waste throughout the entire car."

Additionally, she mentioned that the police had seized a metal steering lock believed to have been employed in the attack.

Has Vivian Shemansky been arrested?

Sergeant Kevin Allen of the Portland Police disclosed that Shemansky already had two warrants for her arrest at the time she was apprehended.

However, Thomasson claimed that Shemansky was released the same day, pending a court date.

“I just thought what could have happened to my child if that person took the frustration out on her," the teenager’s mother said.

She continued, “There's no accountability for people that are breaking the law. It's putting our community and the home we grew up in in jeopardy."

This unsettling incident occurred amid ongoing concerns among Portland residents about the consequences of "woke" policies, such as homelessness and open-air drug use, which have significantly impacted the city.

Thomasson, who has lived in the Portland metro area her entire life, expressed her dismay at how a lenient stance on crime had placed her daughter in significant danger, highlighting the city's transformation that she hardly recognizes.
