'The View' host Ana Navarro hits back at 'right-wing zealots' for slamming Joe Biden's decision to invite son Hunter to state dinner

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: 'The View' host Ana Navarro is loud and clear in what she says once again as she comes forward to defend President Joe Biden. The office-holder was recently under attack for inviting his son Hunter Biden to the US state dinner soon after he was charged with two federal misdemeanor counts.

The 51-year-old show host further took to Instagram to emphasize her argument while also sharing the video of what she had said on 'The View'. She empathized with the President and encouraged others to look at the incident while regarding Biden's responsibility as a father more than the leader of a nation.

'Life marked by losing 2 children'

Navarro started her comment by pointing out the fact that the Nicaraguan host has known Biden for around 27 years, much before he became a resident of the White House. Then she went on to mention the deaths of children Biden had to go through. "I can't tell you how much his life has been marked by losing not one child but two children," Navarro said, "And once you've lost a child, I think you are absolutely determined that it's even more urgent, that it's an even bigger issue that you will not lose another one."

Navarro then brought up the reason why Biden became the subject of attacks from all over the nation - the Hunter Biden tax offense and illegal gun possession. The scandal shook the White House but the President still decided to invite him to the dinner. Navarro said, "It is also a story of a father's love. And Joe Biden has never and will never give up on his son Hunter and will never treat him lesser than. He is a father first, take it or leave it."

She also mentioned Hunter's problems with substance addiction and how central Biden was in his recovery. "One of the reasons Hunter Biden has been able to get out of addiction is because Joe embraced him entirely the entire time - when he was Vice President, when he was Candidate, when he was out of office, and now as President."

Navarro takes to Instagram

'The View' host later took to Instagram to share her opinion with her followers and to also reveal that she had also come under attack for supporting what President Biden had chosen to do. Her caption said, "Some people have an issue with @joebiden inviting his son, Hunter, to a State Dinner. Here’s the thing- Joe Biden will never, ever not proudly embrace his son, regardless of who approves or not. It’s who he is at his core. We should all be so lucky as to have that kind of unconditional love & support from our parents."

Navarro also mentioned that it was a specific group of people who had attacked both her and Biden. She continued in her caption, "The Right Wing zealots are attacking me for having said that. Imagine thinking talking about a father’s love is a bad thing. "
