The Golden State Warriors will play their fourth game of the summer on Sunday when they take on Dyson Daniels and the New Orleans Pelicans.
New Orleans lost its opener in the Las Vegas Summer League against the Minnesota Timberwolves, shooting just 7-for-28 from beyond the arc.
Golden State dropped Friday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers, but the team has scored over 90 points in every game it has played this summer.
Let's break down the odds and my best bet for the final matchup of Sunday's slate:
Pelicans vs. Warriors odds, spread and total
Spread
- Pelicans -2.5 (-110)
- Warriors +2.5 (-110)
Moneyline
- Pelicans: -140
- Warriors: +120
Total
- 184.5 (Over -110/Under -110)

Pelicans vs. Warriors prediction and pick
I think Golden State may be a little undervalued in this spot given how well the team has played on offense this summer.
The Warriors have played a tough schedule in their first three games, taking on the Sacramento Kings with Keegan Murray, the Lakers and the Charlotte Hornets with No. 2 pick Brandon Miller.
Yet, the team has pushed the pace and found ways to score to stay in games.
We haven't seen a ton from the Pelicans, but Dyson Daniels and Jordan Hawkins are two very intriguing young players.
Still, the team struggled against a Minnesota team that isn't exactly loaded with players that have proven NBA talent.
I'll back the Warriors to at least cover as an underdog here.
Pick: Warriors +2.5 (-110)
