KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: Brittany Mahomes has clearly been a very hands-on mom as she keeps updating about the joys of taking care of her two little children, which come with their own challenges too on social media. The wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes recently took to her Instagram Story to share about a regular day with her two toddlers.
She captioned the now-disappeared post as “One accident in the house so far...so we have moved to the outside for the rest of the day,” which happened while potty training her firstborn, Marca reported. She, however, did not go into much detail. The 27-year-old fitness entrepreneur gave birth to her daughter, Sterling Skye, in 2021 and welcomed her son, Patrick "Bronze" Lavon Mahomes III, in November last year.

‘Brittany has helped out a ton being a champion mom’
Following the birth of Sterling, Patrick told PEOPLE, “I'll definitely do whatever I can as a dad — and as a girl dad — to learn how to do at least a couple things so if I'm ever put in a position where I'm the one taking care of her hair, I know a couple of tricks.”
He also continued at the time, “Brittany has helped out a ton being a champion mom, and so it's been a lot of fun, and to be able to come home every single day and see her and how energized she is and how she's changing and growing already. I'm just trying to tell her to slow down so I can enjoy every minute of it.”
‘It truly is an amazing feeling’
The 27-year-old son of former Major League Baseball pitcher Pat Mahomes also added, “I've grown a lot in my first few years in the NFL, and I've had to take on a lot of responsibility, but nothing's like having a kid and having someone that you're going every single day knowing that you're trying to take care of. And to have her and Brittany and my family, I mean, it truly is an amazing feeling. To know I get to go to work every single day for something and then get to come home and enjoy the time I get with them.”
Earlier, Brittany had revealed that the birth of her son was not easy. She reportedly said, “Bronze got induced at 39 weeks 3 days. Water partially broke that morning anyways. By 12 pm doctor fully broke the rest of my water was already dilated to a 4 and started Pitocin. Got the epidural at 1:30ish. Started pushing at 5 pm. Pushed for 7 min, and he was here. His cord was wrapped around his neck 2 times, and thankfully didn't affect anything, and he was fine.”
The doting mother also claimed that her two children were bonding well. In an Instagram Story, she reportedly posted the photo of them and wrote, “She is obsessed & loving her new role.” Besides, Patrick had once added of his daughter, “She wants to hold him and take care of him, and everything like that. She wants to play all day, and we have to tell her to be gentle. And we have to tell her to don't throw him like a toy baby. That's a real baby you got there.”
