CLEVELAND, OHIO: Logan Paul secured a convincing victory over Dillon Danis in a recent exhibition boxing match held in Manchester, England. The bout concluded with Logan Paul emerging as the winner after Dillon Danis was disqualified in the sixth round.
Jake Paul, the YouTuber turned boxer, wasted no time in calling out Dillon Danis, a four-time jiu-jitsu champion, right after the fight. Following his brother's victory in the boxing match, Jake labeled Dillon Danis as the "worst fighter."
Jake Paul received criticism for mocking Dillon Danis
Jake Paul tweeted his unwavering support for his brother Logan Paul calling his opponent Dillon Danis the "worst fighter."
The tweet read, "Talked so much s**t and is one of the worst fighters I’ve ever seen."
As soon as Jake's tweet went viral, netizens started criticizing him. One wrote, "This tweet literally makes no sense."
Another user trolled Jake saying, "Yes, it's hard to see a worse fighter than @LoganPaul, whole (sic) this event is one big circus... Even your event wasn't such a big circus which was not expected with so many people involved..m"
The fight came to a halt when security personnel surrounded the ring after Dillon Danis attempted a second takedown in the final moments of the contest. Logan Paul had largely dominated the match over the course of six rounds.
Jake Paul called Dillon Danis 'maggot'
On Twitter, Jake Paul, also known as "The Problem Child," branded Dillon Danis as a "maggot" and opted not to weigh in on the ongoing dispute between Danis and Logan.
Jake expressed his belief that the Twitter exchanges were a deliberate ploy to generate more interest in the match.
Logan Paul enjoys unwavering support from his brother Jake Paul, as he recently mentioned in a tweet. Jake asserted that he had chosen to disregard Dillon Danis, dismissing him as "the puppet and maggot."
Danis has been tweeting often, according to Jake, which would further exacerbate the harassment.
Jake showed confidence in Logan's ability to handle the situation appropriately, but he also made it clear that if he ever needed to step in or intervene, he would do so gladly.
Jake wrote, “I will always have my brother’s back. I chose not to respond to the puppet’s countless tweets as it would only amplify his harassment. But make no mistake, if Logan needed me to step in, I would take great joy in knocking that maggot out. See you soon.”
