LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jada Pinkett Smith has set the internet abuzz and initiated a meme frenzy on social media by unveiling the intricate reality of her marriage to Will Smith.
In a recent People magazine interview, Jada talked about her and Will's "completely separate lives" while still upholding their legal marriage.
Jada revealed this closely guarded secret during an interview with Hoda Kotb on Today for her upcoming biography, 'Worthy.' The couple has been living apart since 2016.
Furthermore, Jada also unveiled in her book that Chris Rock once asked her out amid the swirling divorce rumors.
She went on to explain to People, saying: "I think every summer all the reports would come out that me and Will were getting a divorce. And this particular summer, Chris, he thought that we were getting a divorce."
"So he called me and basically he was like, ‘I'd love to take you out.’ And I was like, ‘What do you mean?’ He was like, ‘Well, aren't you and Will getting a divorce?’ I was like, ‘No. Chris, those are just rumors.’ He was appalled. And he profusely apologized and that was that," Jada added.
