How did 'Yellowstone' star Lainey Wilson lose 70 lbs? 'Grease' singer shares her 'disciplined' process

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Lainey Wilson pulled something special in the past few months much to the delight of her fans. The country singer-songwriter shed almost 70 lbs by following a ‘clean’ process.

The artist achieved the incredible physique without taking any ‘shortcuts,’ such as surgical procedures or trending Ozempic medication. As per reports, it was her personal trainer and staying active during her downtime.

What was the process that Lainey undertook for her transformation?

‘Yellowstone’ star was seen in ‘A New York Evening With Lainey Wilson’ event in New York City. The after-party was held at National Sawdust.

The 31-year-old star went on to perform ‘Atta Girl,’ ‘Wildflowers and Wild Horses,’ ‘Heart Like A Truck,’ and other popular hits from her new album ‘Bell Bottom Country.’

Lainey's weight loss goal was also helped by her decision to go on long hikes, instead of ‘long lunches.’ The sources claim she also benefitted from running, which is considered to be a major fat burner, changed her diet, and avoided sugary drinks.

Lainey picked fruits over dessert, gave up potato chips, and had fresh vegetables instead.

Who is Lainey Wilson dating?

Earlier, the artist while appearing on ‘The Bobby Bones Show’ spilled the beans on her dating life. “He's been around for a while. I just decided to make him wait for two-and-a-half years,” she said of Duck Hodges, an ex-NFL star.

“He knows what it's like chasing a dream because he's done that for himself,” Wilson said. “He was in the NFL. He tried out literally for the Steelers and made it and had a really great run with them. Went out to LA Rams and did that."

Wilson, who played Abby on four episodes of Paramount Plus drama 'Yellowstone' last year, described Hodges as 'good as gold.'

While calling her man as ‘good as gold,’ the artist continued, “Supports me, would never come in between anything that I'm trying to do. He's like, "Go get it, girl." And I made him wait for a while. I mean … it's been a little over two years now,” as per DailyMail.

Wilson shared that Hodges hangs out with all her country music colleagues. "It's so great - I mean, he's buddies with all my buddies,' Wilson said. 'He'll FaceTime me and he'll be with HARDY or he'll be with Cole Swindell and all of them - I'm like, "Can you please stop taking my friends?"'
