Andrew Tate called a 'ghost' after reacting to 'death hoax joke' by parody news network
Misogynist Andrew Tate has responded to a parody Twitter news account that claimed he had died. The post, tweeted by the account ‘ Suspicious News’ featured a photo of Tate with the headline ‘Andrew Tate found dead in Romania after fight with James Charles.’ The tweet also had a subheading that joked ‘he was found on the floor with a full face of makeup.’ The tweet gained thousands of likes and even led to Tate himself responding. Sign up to our free Indy100 weekly newsletter ‘I don’t think jokes about my death are very funny. Especially with enemies like mine’ Tate replied. He added, ‘you should be careful the negativity you put into the universe, negativity sticks to anybody who spread it.’ Suspicious News responded to Tate’s comment with a new headline that read: ‘Ghost of Andrew Tate claims James Charles didn’t kill him.’ They added ‘bro missed the ‘parody’ in bio LOL.’ James Charles is a gay makeup influencer with over 23 million subscribers. Tate who has made many homophobic remarks before, was obviously upset with the joke being made. Tate’s push back against spreading ‘negativity’ is an interesting response from someone who has based his career off of spreading hateful remarks towards minority groups. Tate hated the joke so much that he blocked the Twitter account. Others, however, saw the funny side of things: Have your say in our news democracy. F1 fans can get married at Las Vegas Grand Prix with first-ever 'Race To The Altar' chapel
The inaugural Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix is set to take place this weekend in one of the biggest sporting events of the year, and in true Sin City style, there is going to be an F1 wedding chapel where couples can tie the knot. For those F1 fans who are racing to walk down the aisle, the first-ever (and aptly named) 'Race To The Altar' chapel will be located inside the paddock. In the video posted by the official F1 Las Vegas account, the entrance to the chapel has a bright led heart-shaped arch with a floral wall behind with a sign that reads: "Lights Out And Together We Go." There is also an F1 show car that has “Just Married” on the back of the rear wing. While this isn't your typical F1 Grand Prix feature, it is of course in Las Vegas - the home of speedy marriage licenses and weddings. Though the addition to the paddock has clearly divided F1 fans. Some F1 fans weren't impressed with the announcement, calling the chapel "cringe." While others were excited at the idea of an F1-themed chapel, so much so they would get married again. An idea for those F1 fans who wanted an on-theme divorce if the marriage doesn't work out... The F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix will take place this weekend from November 17-19. Erling Haaland will have last laugh despite missing more chances – Pep Guardiola
Pep Guardiola has laughed off suggestions he should be concerned about the number of chances Erling Haaland has missed this season. The Manchester City manager claims anyone who says the prolific Norwegian has become wasteful will be proved wrong – and forced to apologise – soon enough. Haaland scored 52 goals in an extraordinary debut campaign at City last season and, on the face of it, has started this one strongly too with seven in eight appearances. Don’t criticise Erling too much. You will be in a position where you have to apologise to him Pep Guardiola Yet analysis shows he has missed 12 ‘big chances’ this term, nine of them being in his last two outings against West Ham and Red Star Belgrade. After eight games last season he had scored 12 goals, with eight ‘big chances’ missed. “I will not sleep tonight!” Guardiola joked when these numbers were put to him at a press conference to preview the champions Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest on Saturday. “He has had incredible chances and he could have scored 14-15 goals now. What is important is he always says, ‘I have the chance, I have the chance, I have the chance. The problem is when I do not have chances, or I do not get balls or I am in the wrong position’. “My advice is don’t criticise Erling too much. Criticise the full-back, the central defender or the manager, but never, never the striker who scored all those goals because he will and then you will be in a position where you have to apologise to him.” Guardiola concedes Haaland was not fully fit at the start of the season, but that is not unexpected after last year’s exertions. He said: “No (he was not fully fit) – it is quite simple – but in the pre-season I cannot expect him to be fully fit. “Normally the new players come and are fully fit earlier. When you don’t start the last season, you are fitter earlier. “When you win the treble maybe you think, ‘I wait a week longer to be completely fit’. It is a question of time. “Erling is much better than in the first week. Every week he is better and everything is there. “He is an incredible threat. He has had a lot of chances and that means we are playing good. Always I have the sense that the team are doing quite good by the number of chances Erling has.”
