Channel 4’s much-discussed television show Naked Attraction returned to our screens provoking somewhat of a large talking point after a contestant is labelled “dangerous”. The rather unique TV programme sees contestants baring all in the hopes of being chosen by the person looking for love. In the first show of the new series, one man certainly made an impression after users commented on how very well-endowed he was. 36-year-old Darryl was on the show hoping to be chosen by Sarah, a trans woman who previously appeared on the show pre-transition. In the yellow pod, Darryl drew the attention of viewers who had much to say about the size of his penis. One stunned viewer tweeted: “Yellow would have your eye out.” Another Twitter user said: “Bet she picks yellow.” Someone else wrote: “Well hello yellow.” Unfortunately for Darryl, he didn’t quite do it for Sarah, who sent him home explaining that she wasn’t a fan of his thick beard, preferring someone more closely shaven. Before he left, it was revealed Darryl works as a marquee erector, leading to some laughter in the studio and prompting some innuendo-filled jokes online. Someone said: “Yellow is a well fit man. Gabriel Martinelli says Arsenal’s inherent belief will only be boosted by beating champions Manchester City as Mikel Arteta’s men look to go one step further than last season. The Gunners captured the imagination during a strong 2022-23 campaign, only to ultimately finish second as Pep Guardiola’s side scooped a third straight title in a storming end to the season. Arsenal’s inability to take a point off them was key in them finishing second and Sunday saw them finally beat City in the league for the first time since 2015, building on their Community Shield shoot-out triumph against the treble winners. The half-time introduction of Martinelli after three weeks out with a hamstring injury proved inspired, adding extra impetus to the attack before eventually hitting a late winner that deflected in off Nathan Ake to seal a 1-0 victory. “We know how hard it is to play against them,” the Brazil international said. “It was a great performance from the team and a great win. “Of course (it gives us more belief we can win this season’s title). We are Arsenal and we are always believing about the title. “To win against a big side like them is great and we just need to carry on. “A special day for me. I tried my best, really hard, to be back with the team and it was a great moment for me. “It’s always good to win against the big teams and we did it today. City midfielder Bernardo Silva said: “It’s a setback but it’s still the beginning. We’re far away from the end of the season. “It was not the result we wanted. Against a tough opponent it is never easy to play. “We felt the game was tough for both teams. Both are tough and organised and tense. We had a few chances in the beginning. “In the end it was a deflection. In my opinion we gave them too much time to think at that moment. We have to be more intense in the pressing. “It is what it is. Max Verstappen faces a fight to take pole position at the Singapore Grand Prix after calling his Red Bull “unacceptable” in final practice. As Carlos Sainz raced to the top of the time charts at the Marina Bay Circuit, Verstappen finished fourth. The Dutchman is on an unprecedented 10-race winning streak with his Red Bull team unbeaten at the 14 rounds of the season so far. But Verstappen bemoaned the handling of his car in the city-state, describing the upshifts in his Red Bull machinery as “unacceptable”. He added: “These upshifts, what the f***. I am just struggling for rear grip. If I competed in drifting, I might win the race.” Verstappen returned to the track in the closing moments of the one-hour running, ringing the neck of his Red Bull to move from sixth to fourth, 0.313 sec slower than Sainz. But his struggles will give the chasing pack hope of finally stopping Verstappen and Red Bull with Ferrari holding the upper hand heading into qualifying later on Saturday. Sainz and team-mate Charles Leclerc traded top spot in the two practice sessions here on Friday, with the former again fastest in the concluding running before the fight for pole. Leclerc looked set to eclipse Sainz only to make a mistake in the second sector before backing out of his speediest lap, finishing fifth.
