LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Alec Baldwin, known for his recent involvement in the fatal 'Rust' shooting, is back making headlines. It has been alleged that Baldwin called a female server a "peasant" during an incident at the PEN America Literary Gala in New York City.
The actor reportedly became frustrated when the server started delivering meals to the table while he was engaged in conversation. The server, who has chosen to remain anonymous, has now come forward with fresh allegations about Baldwin's conduct that night. She claims that he was "patronizing" and "very agitated" as she tried to do her job.

Fresh allegations surface against Alec Baldwin
The server, identified as a sweep leader responsible for coordinating the placement of plates, approached Baldwin to inform him that servers would be walking through the tables shortly. She said, "I was going to feed the head of the table but that’s who he was talking to, so I go up to him and I say, 'I’m sorry sir, but we’re going to have servers walking through the tables here in a minute." Baldwin "patronizingly" asked, 'So when is it a good time to talk to my friends?'" -- a reaction she said she "did not expect" and claimed that he became "very agitated" before saying to her, "Do I have to explain it to you?" as reported on Page Six.
In an attempt to avoid further escalation, the server simply replied that he didn't need to explain it to her. She further claimed that Baldwin then told her, "Well then step aside." The server added, "Afterwards, many of my co-workers came up to me and said, 'Do you know what he said while you were walking away?' I didn’t catch it because I was focused on my work but apparently he was calling me a peasant [and] was clearly mad that I told him kindly, 'Excuse me."'
'I don't know why he yelled at me'
This comes after a source had already revealed that Baldwin had allegedly "yelled" at a server, leaving her shocked and upset. The incident reportedly occurred when the server began delivering meals while Baldwin was engaged in conversation. Witnesses claimed that Baldwin reprimanded her, and the server was overheard saying, "I don't know why he yelled at me." The source went on to suggest that Baldwin may have felt the server was being rude by placing plates on the table while he was still standing. Notably, Baldwin's wife Hilaria was not present during the alleged incident, and it largely went unnoticed.
These allegations come amid Baldwin's return to filming 'Rust' after all charges against him were dropped in connection to the shooting incident that took place on set, resulting in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. However, an FBI report concluded that Baldwin did pull the trigger, potentially leading to further investigations and possible charges. After the charges were dropped, Baldwin expressed his appreciation to his wife Hilaria on Instagram for supporting him throughout the controversy.
'Well he called his daughter a pig years ago'
Internet users fumed over Baldwin's reaction. One tweeted, "At least he didn't shoot her. So that's something," while another claimed, "This bloke is nothing but an old aggressive drunk !" A third remarked, "Did she dump his food in his lap, because that what I would have "accidentally" done."
"Well he called his daughter a pig years ago," tweeted one user. "As if anyone needs more evidence. After he suffered no consequences for bullying and insulting his daughter, calling her a pig, this absolute POS enjoys teflon status! FFS He actually killed a woman and cried victim but still he is not in jail," said another user.
