'Don't do it': Internet unimpressed as 'The View' host Sara Haines shares advice for online dating

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘The View’ host Sara Haines has been married to her husband Max Shifrin since 2014, and according to Hollywood Life, the couple met through online dating on the portal “OkCupid.”

Haines had also admitted that she and Shifrin went out on the same day that they met. Now, years later, the two are happily married with three children, and ‘The View’ host has some advice for her fans and followers on Instagram.

Haines has taken over the social media platform to share some tips when it comes to online dating, as she advises everyone to “get swiping.”

Sara Haines says ‘get swiping’

On Instagram, ‘The View’ host Sara Haines shared a video of herself as she answered the question, “Advice for online dating?”

Haines said, “So first of all, I would say present yourself the way you’re gonna show up on a date. Don’t post your New Year’s hot pic in a sequin dress ‘cause that’s not what they’re gonna see when they meet up with you.”

She continued, “Two: Get creative and have fun with your answers… Along with that, don’t overshare. Don’t say anything you wouldn’t say on a first date. Dabble some interests, and then be done with it, and let time unfold the rest.”

'The View' host expressed her enthusiasm for online dating, stating, “I love online dating…I’ve been online dating for my friend Anna for a while. Um, have fun with it. Laugh. Make your answers stand out by being creative.”
