LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘The View’ Season 26 finale took place on August 4, 2023. After this, the co-hosts and crew are going on a hiatus for summer vacations. On their last day, the co-hosts discussed everything from politics to celebrity divorces, but Alyssa Farah Griffin stole the show with her green dress, especially after revealing its origin.
Although this was Griffin’s first season as a permanent co-host on ‘The View’, fans have often enjoyed her take on politics. This time, however, Griffin’s dress was the main talking point in her comment section on Instagram, where she posted all about it.

Griffin took to Instagram to post a picture of herself wearing a green dress on her final day on ‘The View’ Season 26 before they head into hiatus. Griffin was all smiles in the picture and detailed the origin of the green dress, writing that it was borrowed from her co-host, Sara Haines. ‘The View’ co-host wrote, “Borrowed this gorgeous @alexperryofficial dress from @sarahaines’ closet. This beats the hand-me-downs I wore growing up!” Fans have taken over Griffin’s comment section to appreciate the green dress and her work on ‘The View’.
‘Great color on you’
Fans are looking forward to seeing Griffin back in September for the next season of ‘The View’ as one fan wrote, “You look great! You are my favorite conservative co-host! Please say you will be back in September! Enjoy you on CNN also!” Another fan pointed out that the co-hosts seemed to be getting along well, considering Griffin and Haines shared clothes, “You look amazing as usual. Glad to see the ladies are getting on so well. You are a welcome addition to the View.”
However, the focus remained on the green dress that Griffin wore, as one fan commented, “Beautiful color on you,” while another fan wrote, “I LOVE this dress.” The color green was especially in the limelight as one fan also noted, “You look beautiful in green.” By the looks of it, some fans remember this dress on co-host Haines’ too, as one wrote, “It’s beautiful and a great color on you, just as it was on @sarahaines!”
