MIAMI, FLORIDA: Conor McGregor has reportedly been accused of "violently" sexually assaulting a woman after attending Game 4 of the NBA Finals in Miami earlier this month. A demand letter outlining the allegations noted that the sexual assault allegedly took place inside a VIP restroom just after the Denver Nuggets won, 108-95, on June 9 at the Kaseya Center. The letters, authored by attorney Ariel Mitchell, were sent to 34-year-old UFC star, the NBA, and the Miami Heat this week.

McGregor was a major contributor to the final's entertainment as he sat in courtside seats and even took part in a skit during the halftime show, in which he repeatedly pounded a Heat mascot, who reportedly had to be hospitalized after the game. The alleged incident of sexual assault took place when the accuser was leaving the premises, and McGregor's security summoned her to the men's VIP restroom, as per the demand letters. The attorney claims that the accuser and her friend were separated by the NBA and the Heat security, who then dragged her into a restroom where McGregor and his security officer were already present, according to TMZ.

'McGregor shoved his tongue in the victim's mouth and aggressively kissed her'

"Once isolated and trapped in the VIP men’s bathroom at the Kaseya Center, security refused to let her exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom,” the complaint letter states. The attorney also claims that McGregor apparently appeared from inside the handicapped stall and "shoved his tongue in the victim's mouth and aggressively kissed her." The accuser apparently tried to free herself by telling McGregor that she had to urinate, but he forced her to perform oral sex with him under duress. The UFC fighter "pulled out his penis and shoved it down the throat of the victim," when she was in the restroom, as per the complainant's attorney.

The victim has handed in clothing to police that had McGregor's DNA, including his saliva and "pre-ejaculation," the attorney told the Daily Mail. As per the demand letter, when the woman tried to flee, McGregor "aggressively grabbed her, pinned her up against the wall' before attempting to sodomize her." "Fortunately, Mr. McGregor’s penis was too limp for complete penetration, and the victim continuously elbowed Mr. McGregor and finally escaped," read the letter.

Conor McGregor denies the allegations

According to the accuser's attorney, she left her purse behind while escaping the restroom, which was allegedly "held hostage" by McGregor's security officers until she begged them to return it. The letter further claims that after eventually fleeing the scene, the accuser went to the police on Sunday, June 11, to report the incident but was turned away and advised to hire legal help. She later returned to the police with her attorney on June 14 and provided her clothing to them. After the police investigation was initiated, letters were sent out in which the complainant requested settlements with the NBA, the Heat, and McGregor instead of filing a lawsuit.

While the Miami police have already launched an investigation, McGregor’s representatives affirm that the "allegations are false." "Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated," his representatives declared in a statement. The Heat also released a statement on June 15, which said that the organization is aware of the claims and is "conducting a full investigation" into it. On the other hand, the NBA mentioned in its statement, "We are aware of the allegations and are working with the team to gather more information."
