However, in a now-removed YouTube video, in which he stated "I'm not a f**king rapist," Tate expressed the desire to be free and be able to do what he wants. However, an investigation conducted by The Guardian has found little substantial evidence to support Tate's claims of owning casinos in Romania, apart from a tenuous historical connection to a chain primarily focused on arcade gaming machines. The investigation suggests that Las Vegas Games has been under the ownership of an Armenian group since 2018, casting doubt on the assertions made by the Tate brothers about their collaboration with well-known brands in the country's casino sector.

Although the now-deleted video offers intriguing glimpses of the Tate brothers' interaction with a casino in Romania, the lack of concrete evidence raises questions about Andrew Tate's actual ownership of casinos. Further scrutiny is required to uncover the truth behind these claims and ascertain the extent of Andrew Tate's involvement in the Romanian casino industry.
